GOABOVE began with one question:
What if every person had the opportunity to discover what they’re capable of?
Across our communities, talented individuals are often overlooked—not because they lack potential, but because they lack access to the right opportunities.

Our program can stand-alone or work in collaboration with other programs to provide wrap-around services. Referrals come from local community business partners, grassroots organizations, Work Source Employment Development Department (EDD), and charter schools. We take pride in our work and give our undivided attention to each program participant. We work with the students individually and in groups to make sure they understand the curriculum, grasp the techniques, and can work as a team. Our students are a reflection of us, and those who graduate from our program are knowledgeable in their respective field, well trained, and skillfully equipped to handle the job.
