The Antelope Valley has the highest rate of disconnected youth in Los Angeles County, with thousands of young people aged 16–24 neither in school nor employed. Despite growing demand for digital, creative, and communication skills, many young adults lack access to meaningful career pathways, professional networks, and hands-on work experience. GoAbove bridges this gap by using media, radio, and creative industry training to engage young people and connect them to real-world skills, opportunities, and employment pathways.
We work closely with our partners to access the best routes to community growth, relationship building and funding opportunities. Our partners are made up of other none profits, businesses and individuals.
